EFFECTIVE is a Horizon Europe project shaping a sustainable Mediterranean blue future by supporting large-scale marine protected areas towards the EU target of 30 per cent protection by 2030. It brings together 22 partners across 12 European countries and works on four pilot sites: Mar de l'Empordà, the Ebro Delta, Northern Sardinia and Cavo Greco.
